Condo's Available for rent by owner

All rates and requirements are determined by individual owner.  It is up to the renter to shop and select the rental that best meets their needs.  All renters are expected to abide by Sportsman's Cove Yacht & Racquet Club rules and regulations which   will be provided by the owner.      All owners who rent must abide by Lee County and Florida Bed tax rules and Homestead Law which prohibits any owner who benefits from the Homestead Tax Law from renting their home or dock with the fine of up to 10 years of full tax plus a lien on their property until paid. Any owner renting their unit with dock rights must declare and pay a dock rental tax to the association via GPM which is required by the Department of Environmental Protection or DEP re: our submerged land lease requirements. NO RENTER IS ALLOWED TO BRING PETS OF ANY KIND.
